We went to Bacolod for Masskara 2011! Aside from the festival and street parties we experienced, we also took this chance to try out different restaurants that are must try's as recommended by our friends. We went to Bacolod Business Inn for our first dinner there. This was the hotel Chuck stayed in before when he was in Bacolod for a tournament. He told me he just had to make me try a dish there.

While waiting for our food, we looked for a socket to charge our phones. We needed them to take pictures of our Bacolod experience because we forgot to bring our cameras due to excessive excitement to travel again together. haha

For starters, we ordered the Lumpiang Shanghai. They were generous with their serving. This dish is yum but nothing special.

For the must try dish in this restaurant, we had the Sizzling Bulalo Steak!

Oh man. Just looking at the picture makes us hungry! I can't explain how good this dish is. Just go try it during your visit in Bacolod. Just wish they had more gravy for us because it would have been nice to soup it over rice. :) You can bring your own knorr if you want it more salty. haha

For drinks, we ordered Calamansi Juice because we started getting the sniffles when we arrived from the airport.

Verdict:

- Not bad hotel restaurant

- Price is okay. Bulalo steak is worth every peso!!!

- Though they do not serve a delicacy of Bacolod, the food is worth trying

- Will definitely go back for that Bulalo steak!
